FGN ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information this website collects, why, and how you can contact us about it.

What We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, through two forms on this site:

Quote request form: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), project type, and any project details you enter.
Capability statement download: email, and name/company if you provide them.

If Google Analytics is enabled on this site, we also receive aggregated, non-identifying information about site visits (pages viewed, general location, device type) via cookies. This is standard website analytics and is not linked to your name unless you've separately submitted a form.

To respond to your enquiry or quote request
To send you the capability statement you requested
To understand, in aggregate, how people use this site so we can improve it

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond what's listed above.

Who We Share It With

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, the hosting provider for this site, so that we can receive and respond to them. We don't share your information with any other third party, except where required by law.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry and download records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain business records, after which they may be deleted.

Your Rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing elliot@fgnprojects.com.au.

This policy is a plain-language summary intended for a small business website, not a substitute for legal advice. If FGN's turnover, client base, or data handling changes (for example, taking on government contracts or expanding data collection), it's worth having this reviewed by a solicitor to confirm it meets current Australian Privacy Principles requirements.
