Experienced in organising and coordinating multiple trade teams to keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule, with strong supplier relationships that secure quality products without compromising budget or timeline. A background in remedial and residential construction has instilled a deep commitment to building to code and minimising defects from the outset.
Will brings a strong background in Quantity Surveying and Project Management, having worked across projects ranging from $340k to $165m in value, including CBD office fit-outs, retail, hospitality and defence sectors. Clients benefit from tighter cost control, accurate budgeting and transparent contract management from day one, with design, procurement and construction stages effectively coordinated, executed and tracked. Will demonstrates the rigour of a major commercial builder, with the responsiveness of a small, dedicated team.
